By downloading, installing, or using Savings Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Savings Challenge is a mobile savings tracking and motivation app. It helps you visualize and track progress toward savings goals using challenge-based systems such as the 100 Envelope Challenge and 52-Week Challenge.

Savings Challenge is NOT financial advice. It is a tracking and motivation tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Any savings goals, amounts, or strategies you choose to follow are entirely your own responsibility.

4. Account & Data

No account is required to use Savings Challenge. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

Premium features are available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. Available plans:

All billing is managed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within Savings Challenge are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Savings Challenge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee any financial outcomes or savings results from using the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any financial decisions, losses, damages, or other consequences arising from your use of Savings Challenge.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violations of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
